The project reinterprets the existing industrial area as a territorial infrastructure to be
reactivated. Through the redefinition of built volumes and internal circulation systems,
the masterplan establishes a new balance between logistics, landscape, and
infrastructural networks, transforming a production edge into a strategic functional node.
