This board presents the redesign of vehicular and pedestrian circulation around the
Covered Market in Terni, in connection with the roundabout at Piazzale Girolamo Bianchini Riccardi and Via Antonio Gramsci.
The technical drawing takes visual precedence, while the faded contextual images
frame the intervention within its urban setting.
The project enhances traffic flow, optimizes parking access systems, and
reinforces the relationship between the historic building and the contemporary public realm.
