Architectural and functional regeneration of an existing industrial building located
along SS 493, Vico Matrino.
The project transforms an outdated production tower into a contemporary
corporate landmark, introducing natural materials, vertical shading systems,
wooden elements and green façades.
The intervention preserves the original structural layout while enhancing efficiency,
corporate identity and integration within the surrounding industrial and rural
landscape.
A direct comparison between existing condition and proposed design highlights the evolution from purely functional structure to architectural statement.
