Industrial Warehouse Redevelopment – Diffuso Motostore

Comprehensive renovation and adaptive reuse of a former industrial warehouse, converted into a contemporary motorcycle and technical apparel showroom, featuring an integrated Race Bar within the commercial space.
The project included full environmental remediation, removal and disposal of the asbestos roofing, structural consolidation of the existing building envelope, and complete mechanical and electrical upgrades to meet modern safety and performance standards.
The architectural concept preserves and reinterprets the original industrial character, introducing a double-height showroom, fluid circulation between retail and hospitality areas, and a seamless connection between commercial activity and social space.
A regeneration project that transforms a disused industrial structure into a dynamic and distinctive motostore environment.
