Civil Construction – Via Raffaello

Residential development consisting of four multi-family buildings constructed with reinforced concrete structural systems. The project is part of a new urban subdivision and features a functional spatial layout with garages at ground level and residential units on the upper floors, each provided with balconies and private outdoor spaces. The architectural composition is defined by compact volumes, pitched roofs, and a restrained formal language inspired by traditional residential architecture while incorporating contemporary construction solutions. The intervention establishes a coherent and orderly urban frontage that integrates harmoniously with the surrounding landscape.
